Cascade Capital Corporation is a Calgary-based corporate finance boutique with specific expertise in transportation, agriculture, forest products, non-regulated utilities, and other industries. Founded in 1994, the firm has assisted public and private companies raise equity capital and term debt, identified M&A opportunities for clients, and developed creative financial solutions for special situations. More recently, Cascade has placed increasing emphasis on developing new business opportunities, often in co-operation with larger organisations.
